Jen Littlejohn is the founder and president of Olivia Massey Public Relations LLC (OMPR), a boutique consultancy delivering bold, strategic communications at the intersection of brand, culture, and community. OMPR specializes in: Strategic Marketing & Communications, Crisis Communications & Media Training, Corporate & Community Engagement, Inclusive Communications, and Government & Public Affairs.

 

With over 20 years of experience leading communications for some of the world’s most recognized brands—including Apple, Cisco, Nike, Target, Boston Scientific, and International Paper—Jen is known for building strategies that move audiences, shift perception, and protect reputation. As an advisor and operator, Jen brings a hands-on, mission-driven approach to client work. She has helped major corporations deepen brand loyalty and expand reach with multicultural and multigenerational audiences. From her early work with FleishmanHillard and General Mills to recent partnerships with Micron, Winnebago Industries, Budweiser, Infiniti USA, Electrolux, and Siemens, Jen consistently delivers impact through insight, inclusion, and execution.

 

Beyond communications, Jen is passionate about economic advancement and workforce development—helping people and organizations unlock their full potential. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is also a New Memphis Institute Fellow, a Leadership Memphis Executive Program 2010 alum, and has served on several nonprofit and civic boards, including the Hooks Institute for Social Change, NAWBO Memphis, and the Rotary Club of Minneapolis.
