The Advisor Behind the Work

Olivia Massey Public Relations is grounded in the belief that the most effective leaders are not only strategic—they are self-aware, intentional, and deeply aligned in how they show up.

The firm is led by Jen Littlejohn, an executive communications advisor who has spent more than two decades working alongside senior leaders inside some of the world’s most complex and visible organizations. Her work has spanned global corporations, high-growth environments, and moments that required both precision and discretion. Jen is known for her ability to read the room, understand the stakes, and bring clarity where there is noise. She does not simply refine messaging—she helps leaders think, align, and communicate in ways that reflect both their responsibility and their influence.

Experience That Shapes Perspective

Jen’s career includes leadership roles and advisory work with organizations such as Apple, Amazon, Cisco, Nike, Target, Boston Scientific, and International Paper, as well as partnerships with brands including General Mills, Micron, Winnebago Industries, Budweiser, Infiniti USA, Electrolux, and Siemens.

Across these experiences, she has worked at the intersection of:

  • Executive leadership and organizational transformation

  • Reputation and stakeholder trust

  • Culture, inclusion, and community impact

  • High-visibility moments that shape perception and outcomes

She brings both operator experience and advisory discipline, allowing her to engage leaders not as an external consultant, but as a trusted thought partner who understands how decisions are made—and how they are received.

How She Works

Jen’s approach is grounded, direct, and deeply relational.

She works with leaders who value:

  • Thoughtful counsel over performative communication

  • Alignment over amplification

  • Substance over visibility for visibility’s sake

Her work often begins where others stop—helping leaders navigate the nuance behind what needs to be said, how it should be said, and whether it should be said at all.
